Shipping & Returns Policy

*NOTE ON COVID-19 AND SHIPPING DELAYS*

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, postal services all over the world are experiencing delays. We are still taking orders at this time. As usual, you will receive your tracking information for your order, as soon as it becomes available. We have not been experiencing any delays with processing orders, however, you should expect some delays once the product has been shipped out. 

Due to significant disruption with mail service in Italy and Saudi Arabia, we have temporarily suspended shipping in these countries. We fully intend to resume shipping to these countries as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Estimated shipping delivery times: 

  • USA/AU/FR/SP: 12-20 business days 

  • CA/DE: 15-26 business days 

  • Rest of the World: 3-5 weeks (varies per country) 

*In some very rare cases, shipping can take up to 20-40 business days* 

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the following countries and territories:

Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Brazil, Jordan, Kuwait, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Hong Kong, American Samoa, Guam, Iraq, India, Indonesia, Lebanon, Puerto Rico, Malaysia, Northern Mariana Islands, US Virgin Islands, Egypt, Qatar, Oman, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montserrat and South Africa. This is due to the customs authorities not releasing our orders in a timely manner, which affects our quoted shipping times. We hope to ship to these countries in the future, and apologize for the inconvenience.

Please Note: Shipping times to Lithuania, Mexico and Russia are often delayed due to border agencies.

Our shipping times are due to the fact that we work with manufacturers and printing houses from across the world, which allows us to source cool products at fair prices. Products often take 2-3 weeks to arrive, so don’t worry if it doesn’t arrive the next day. Keep in mind, this is often out of our hands as well. 

Your order will be sent out within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days. 

Products for people are print-to-order, meaning no item is finished until it has been ordered.  

Note on Free Shipping:

Shipping prices are $7.99 for USA, $8.99 for Canada and $9.99 International. These prices are set in USD, it will change based on your preferred currency setting. If you're order is $75 USD or over, you will receive free shipping anywhere in the world, on your entire order.

International shipping: 

International shipments may incur customs fees. Customs fees vary based on country of delivery. Fees are typically based on a variety of factors like weight, value and size. 

We do not take responsibility for customs fees. 

REFUND POLICY 

Order never arrived: 

If your order isn't delivered within the specified estimated delivery time, be sure to let us know! We’re always happy to help. 

First refer to your shipping confirmation and confirm that the correct shipping address was entered. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send another order to the correct address, you will be responsible for full order and shipment costs. 

If the shipping address entered was correct, get in touch with us at info@hopandbark.com and we will see what can be done. Please note your order number in your email.   

Returns policy 

All of our products for people are custom made to order, therefore all sales are final. Please make sure to reference the sizing chart on each product before placing an order. If you are having any trouble deciding on a size, feel free to reach out to us and we'll be happy to help you! 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product(s). Please provide us with clear images in case the item arrives damaged. We will always do our best to make things right. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

For pet products, we maintain a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee in cases where an item was never received, arrived damaged or is “not as described”. 

Who pays for Shipping for Exchanges & Returns? 

Although we wish we could help all of our customers cover shipping costs for Exchanges and Returns, as a small company this large expense is unfortunately not something we can cover. Of course we will reimburse customers for shipping back to us if we send the wrong item or the item is defective. 

Please note, we DO NOT offer returns simply because you don’t like the product. As always, please make sure to read the product description before placing an order.
